I saw the poster for Charlie and the Chocolate factory the other day, the one where Depp looks down right evil in how he is stanced with his head tilted down and the hat covering most of his face, and inspiration struck!! I wanted to draw a pic of the hatter in a similar stance so i did, altering it a bit as i did, but i think i plan to do ANOTHER pic exactly like it tho^^, it'll give me sometin to do. It took me a bit but i managed to get that done and decided to once more to do a bit more to the background, adding some more wonderland characters. There are fewer characters in this one but i'll list um out anyways and I'll be damned if how i drew the characters was influenced by certain things.

Tweedle Dee and Dum--- I watched a show on A&E about the King Brothers who killed or helped kill their father when they were only 12 and 13. Unthinkable to think how a couple of adorable boys like them could possibly murder their father. From that i decided to draw Dee and Dum completely different from the cartoon and book versions. I like them as a pair of adorable looking twins-cute but deadly my friends. Blood on the face and holding a balloon which seems to remind me of 'IT' kinda freaks me out. The string is made of blood and there is a freaky skull on it for crips sake!! That jes aint right man...and since when does blood drip up!!? And one of those 'innocent' smiles on their too adorable faces to boot. *shrugs* Evil or not i still wanna glomp them.

The caterpillar---Ha, well i did this ol boy in my last pic but i decided to put him in again accept more in the lime light^^. I know you'd think him to as some sort of wicked chinese guy but if you couldn't tell i was watching 'that 70's show' as i worked on him. It turned quite influential as you can see by the high caterpillar man with the fro smokin on a shroom-which you can't see^^, aint he awesome tho? Wonderland seems like the perfect place to toke up to me. He's more 'mellow' than than others seeing as to how he's buzzing after finding that smoke-a-booper with the 'smoke me' tag on it, he aims to please as you can see....i think i'll call my stoner Cat Hyde^__^. I'm tellin ya man, it was all influenced!

The Flowers---Not much to say here. I didn't want to do a bunch of stuck up flower chics so i opted instead to do some wicked monster flower thing with a lot of heads and hands!!! I thought of that wonderful John Carpenter movie 'The Thing' as i worked on it^_^. That helped me to shape my flower monster as you can see.

Humpty Dumpty---Yea i didn't realize he had anything to do wit Wonderland either my friends. I stumbled across that info by accident but it helped me come up wit yet another character to add to the pic, and with a warped version on to why the ol egg is cracking!! He aint cracking cuz he's fallen off the wall!! No, no, i put a lil thought into it and came up wit another reason!! Of course i drew him up in a twisted evil version vs. the happy cartoony version we all grew up wit-he scared the shit outta me tho when i was lil......sometin bout an egg with a face.....Anyhow i decided to make Humpty crack cuz sometin is busting out of him^__^. I thought it would be neat to have a bird-an evil bird mind you, this IS wonderland after all-hatching out of him, all the while he is sitting there just grinning away. I'm not sure you can see it but i have him bleeding from where the bird is trying to break out.

White Rabbit---Yup, yet again he makes an appearance, and much like my other pic he is just peeking over sometin wit an impish grin on his lil face. I now have his watch attacked onto one of his earrings tho, and all the numbers have fallen from their places too. Time cannot keep up wit the lil devil apparently!!

Cheshire cat---I love this cat and i love to draw him wickedly. I altered how i drew him from the first, adding in a bit of the cartoon version. I adore how his wicked grin turned out.

Mad Hatter---Duh, he's the main thing here again of course one cannot tell as easily since he's crowded in by others-he hates that by the way. He hates to share the spotlight and i think he'll take care of the problem with the others later^__~. I love to team him up with the Cheshire cat tho, they make such a deadly duo i think. I changed the hatters outfit slighty in this pic from the other but it turned out well in any case. He still looks hot to me^_______^. I drew him with the key to wonderland, it obviously goes to the keyhole in the giant clock, someone seems to have found the lock as you can see by the person looking in. I think they're a bit disturbed by wut they are seeing.

I also added in the 'Eat me' shroom and 'Drink me' potion. I have them on the stairs. The shroom even has an adorable lil face which makes you wonder if anyone can eat sometin so adorable^^!! I'm also sure that no one can tell, but on the giant wicked clock in the corner, their are upside down crosses that seperate out the numbers. They kinda look like daggers but they're not .

Well thats all, i'm really not done wit the pic, i want to add more to it, so i will see wut i can do wit it. If i do add more i will repost it so keep a look out folks.
