1. How long have you been on DeviantArt? - 10 very long years
   

2. What does your username mean? Gypsy is my nickname for reasons of typically dressing up in skirts and head scarves. Rae is shortform of my name.
   

3. Describe yourself in three words. Pretty Damn yaoi obsessed Crazy.
   

4. Are you left or right handed? I'm a Righty!
   

5. What was your first deviation? This godawful thing.  Thornbush Faerie
   

6. What is your favourite type of art to create? Traditional art for sure.  I aint breathing unless I have a pencil and pen in hand.
   

7. If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be? Painting count? I want to have the skills to paint the damn Sistine Chapel.  Or digital art. Wish I could master that too.
   

8. What was your first favourite? Goddamn Hellboy
   

9. What type of art do you tend to favourite the most? Traditional art and photography.
   

10. Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist? I honestly can't say. There's far too many to choose from. :/
    

11. If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be? There's a few off the top of my head buuuuut ! We have video games to play and lots of yaoi talk to talk about.
    

12. How has a fellow deviant impacted your life? I've met a few awesome folk on here who encouraged me to not give up on my art - no matter how horrible either in technique or subject matter XD.
    

13. What are your preferred tools to create art? A pencil and pen of course.
    

14. What is the most inspirational place for you to create art? My room. Boring but the truth. It's quiet and I have my music and the whole wide web to gather inspiration from.
    

15. What is your favourite DeviantArt memory? Stumbling across "yaoi" art for the first time and thinking "Wait...people actually DRAW this shit???.... HOT DAMN! I'm in heaven!"

...I've been on DA for 10 years now, hell, in 23 days it'll be 11.  Granted I've had a habit of dropping drawing and disappearing for a few years at a time and then reappearing but, dammit, I've still been a member since I was a  17 year old  who drew some really crappy art. 

Does anyone ever go through their old art and compare it to what they draw now? I've kept every sketchbook I've ever had since I was a child just so I can go through them every so many years and see how I've changed. (Someday I should really scan in that old shit and upload it here for shits and giggles XD) It's so fun to do that not to mention its a good lesson in showing how much you have improved.

2004  <---Duh fuk? I've drawn naked bishi guys since forever! *shocker*

 In a lot of ways I feel like my art hasn't changed. I still can't shade worth a damn and anatomy? What's that??? Though in some ways it has changed a bit. My stuff's gotten a lot more LOLTHATGAY and I've FINALLY realized what style I want to draw in - inkwork with uber swirly detailed jackassery that makes eyeballs bleed. Now that's my kinda art!  Thanks Harry Clarke for showing me the way of glorious simplistic yet detailed art. =3

So if ever you feel like your art sucks now I challenge you all to go through your old art and see how much you have improved. DO IT. NOW.
